Using the app
Routine Plus helps you plan tasks, build habits, and review personal progress. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Your content and local data
You retain ownership of the content you enter into Routine Plus. You are responsible for that content and for securing your device. The current app stores activity locally and does not provide developer-operated cloud synchronization. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or losing or replacing a device may result in data loss. Device backups, where available, depend on your platform and settings.
Reminders and progress
Notifications depend on device permissions, operating system restrictions, time settings, and battery management. Delivery is not guaranteed. Routine Plus is not intended for emergency or safety-critical reminders. Scores, progress indicators, and recommendations are productivity aids and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Virtual rewards
Coins, stars, diamonds, levels, and challenges are in-app motivational features. They do not represent money, a financial account, or a promise of payment or redeemable value. Rules and availability may change as the app evolves.
Intellectual property
Routine Plus branding, software, and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms permit ordinary use of the app and website; they do not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating system. App distribution platforms and other third-party services have their own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available without guarantees that they will be error-free or meet every requirement. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights.
Ending use and updates to these terms
You may stop using the app or website at any time. Manage local data and platform backups separately if you wish to remove your information. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here.
